Scholarship Application

Guidelines for completing application:

1. The applicant's coach must be a current CCCAM member and the team must compete in the current season's CCCAM Scholarship Invitational.
2. Applicants must have an accumulative grade point average of 3.5 through the end of their junior year, be a member of a current MHSAA Competitive Cheer team, and be a graduating senior.
3. Include a sealed OFFICIAL copy of high school transcripts including ACT score, G.P.A. through junior year.  Transcript must state if grades are weighted.
4. Include two (2) letters of recommendation one from current competitive cheer coach and one, from high school teacher, administrator or any organization  director or coach.  These must be in a sealed envelope with a signature.
5. Include a short essay (one type written page minimum).  Please do not include your name or address on this paper.  The essay will cover the topic:  "How Competitive Cheer has affected your life."

7. Please list additional information such as hobbies, talents, organizations you are a member of, any awards or recognitions, community service, leadership roles, you have participated in during your high school career.  Be specific.  Please list the information on a separate sheet.
8. Mail all to materials to the address on the application form.
