I know I am not a head coach but I do think that gives me an interesting perspective that others might not have. In college I had experience planning events and coordinating meetings for 100+ collegiate women. Thank you so much for your consideration and I hope to be able to be able to help with CCCAM in whatever way I can.

Membership Director

Brittany gunderson - gaylord d2

My name is Brittany Gunderson and I am entering into my fourth year and 7th season as the Head Varsity Coach at Gaylord High School. I am a graduate of Gaylord High School and went on to earn my nursing degree from Kirtland Community College. I am a wife, a mother of four, a Coach and a contingent Nurse at Munson Healthcare-OMH. I am a proud member of the Competitive Cheer Coaches Association of Michigan, LEVEL 2 CAP trained through MHSAA, and a certified coach through American Youth Cheer. With 17 years of Cheerleading experience combined as a Cheerleader and a Coach, myself and other Gaylord Cheer coaching staff have managed to go from ZERO School Cheer programs to having a youth and middle school program as well as a JV and Varsity team at GHS. I believe by coaching at the Varsity level of a division 2 school in Northern Michigan, my experience could help bring a different perspective to the CCCAM organization by providing new ideas and helping to represent a less dominant area of our state in the sport of Competitive Cheer. I want to be a part of an association that fosters the growth of our Cheer Coaches in Michigan so that we can in turn help our athletes develop into strong, positive, contributing young adults.

ADRIAN SINKLER - THORNAPPLE KELLOGG D2

As a Thornapple Kellogg Alumni & the new Varsity Head Coach, I previously served 3 years as the Head Varsity Coach at Hamilton High School. I grew up participating in All-Star cheer at the age of 5 & converted to Girls Competitive Cheer early in my High School career. I have loved it ever since. I feel it is very important to grow myself as a coach everyday. I want to encourage others to become a member of CCCAM and utilize their resources as a member, as I feel it really does make a difference in a coaches career. Being a member of CCCAM & volunteering on the CCCAM board has challenged my way of thinking & the way I coach. I would love to continue my service with the CCCAM board & provide relatable experiences & encouragement to our membership! Thank you for your consideration.

I have been voted District and Regional Coach of the year along with the CCCAM, MIHSSCA, NHSAA Coach of the Year. My teams have achieved Division, League, Association, Conference, District and Regional Titles along with MCCA State Champions and MHSAA State Finalists. I am blessed to be able to do what I love. jessica trefry - michigan center d4

This is my 23rd year coaching cheer at Michigan Center where I am also a middle school math teacher and robotics coach.  In that time at MC, I have learned a tremendous amount and have had many successes and set backs.  At this point in my career, I feel compelled to reach out and give back to the cheer community which has given so much to me.  I believe that this sport offers the opportunity to be gracious to each other, which to me, means we can be open and offer each other support.  My plan for my remaining years in coaching is to give back in as many ways as I can.  I look forward to serving you in any capacity that I can.

BRITTANY GUNDERSON - GAYLORD D2

ANDREA HALL - SHEPHERD D3

I have served on the CCCAM Board for the last four years and thoroughly enjoy doing so. As the Region 4 representative I have helped bring opinions, ideas and suggestions from the smaller central/northern schools to the CCCAM board. I also enjoy being a mentor coach.  I look forward to serving Region 4 again!

I’ve been at Shepherd High School for 15 years and have been coaching for 19 years. Outside of cheerleading I enjoy reading, camping,  spending time with my family and watching sports.

JANELLE LEMONS - midland jv d1

I have just started my 4th year being the JV coach at Midland High School. I have been coaching for 11 years and have worked with all athletes grades 7-12 in different districts and divisions. In addition to coaching, I am also entering my 6th year as a competitive cheer official where I do both panel and safety. I have participated in CCCAM's mentor coach program and also with the MHSAA Legacy Officials program with a few select juniors and seniors that I have had the privilege to coach in the past.

I feel that I can be a great asset to CCCAM because I am all about helping. From our coaches and athletes that participate in this sport, to help our voice to be heard with the MHSAA and all the changes we would like to see to help our sport grow, and help any other way that I can. I am very organized, dedicated, and if I am appointed or elected into a position, I would do the very best to meet the stand.

Region 6

Bobbie Haidy - Wyandotte D1

Hi my name is Bobbie Haidy! I currently reside in Woodhaven, Michigan with my Husband and Daughter. I graduated from Madonna University with a Bachelors of Science.  My love for cheerleading and gymnastics began at the age of seven.  I cheered for my junior league, middle school and high school football, basketball and competitive teams.  While in college, I began coaching Sideline and competitive cheer from 2010-2018 at Wyandotte Middle School.   In 2018, I was promoted to the position of Varsity Head Coach For Wyandotte High School.  I continue to coach and oversee the entire cheer program for my hometown. This is my third football season with my varsity! Cheerleading is my life! I would love to be involved with CCCAM, meet new people and help in anyway that I can! :)

Tara Hazey - Woodhaven D1

My name is Tara Hazey and I am the Varsity Head Coach & cheer program coordinator for the Woodhaven-Brownstown School District.  As I enter my 10th year coaching my Warriors in PURPLE (16 years coaching in total); I've come to appreciate our CCCAM organization more than ever! I've realized (through the help of new coaching friends) that the more we seek out help and feedback from others the more we grow and improve as coaches. This organization has helped me by continuing to provide opportunities for education/growth/leadership within our cheer community.  Going from attending summit to speaking at summit, from being mentored to becoming a mentor, from being intimidated by "the big dog" programs to keeping up with them and establishing meaningful relationships with their programs' coaches- has been a full circle ride of respect and amplified motivation! I've had the recent honor of becoming a part of the CCCAM working board as 2020 Summit Co-Chair. Through this experience, I've seen firsthand what our organization does "behind the scenes" to continue advocating for our coaches/athletes and the sport we all love; while creatively coming up with fresh and new ideas that will keep our membership engaged and informed. As far as helping CCCAM, you can expect passion-compassion-organization-communication and most of all SUPPORT from me and representation for all coaches in all situations....Yes, I've always coached within D1 but it hasn't always been easy (still isn't)-as it starts with building up a program-planting the seeds-nurturing much more than harvesting and fighting to make your team's name known.  Coaches within our CCCAM organization have helped guide me through this process and I would love the chance to work with you all and be a sounding board for you through whatever path you have for your program.  Whether it is a working board position or an executive board position, I am up for the challenge of helping our CCCAM organization improve upon communication and continue to bridge the gaps and create connections/networking between our membership and our board.
